Don, I just wanted to tell you how much I've enjoyed the different webinars you have hosted.  Your passion is infectious!   I am an HR professional with a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology.  I spent 23 years "incubating" in the HR department of a large corporation.  As part of a large organization, I had HR co-workers as well as the Corporate HR/Legal department to fall back on, discuss things with, interact with.  The company closed the California manufacturing facility and moved it to Ohio.  I then landed the HR Manager position for this small company.  I am a one-person show with no large Corporate HR/Legal department to go to so I truly, truly appreciate having HR That Works as a resource.  I also utilize California Chamber of Commerce's HR resource as well as The Employer's Group but neither has the personal feel that HR That Works does.  There are days when I feel like I want to get out of HR but I participate in one of your webinars and I get re-energized.  You have also personally advised me on a couple of issues through your helpline and I've always felt confident about your advice and very appreciative of your help.  So, thanks again for being there!  Looking forward to the next webinar...
